Location Description
Godley Station is a 2,600 acre mixed use development located just outside of Savannah in Pooler, Georgia. Located along I-95, the southern portion of the site offers a mixture of retail, offices, and residential with a pedestrian-friendly feel. The northern portion of Godley Station will consist of a 1,300 acre retirement community including a golf course and school. Godley Station is named for the Godley family, who relied on farming and timber-growing as their trade. In the late 1800's, they created a station to supply ice to trains going north and south across their property.
